Your trust matters. This page explains, in plain terms, what data I collect, why, and what rights you have. This notice is provided under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Data controller

The data controller is Mara Bulzariello, freelance photographer in Verona (IT). For any request you can write to info@marabulzariello.it.

2. Data collected

I only collect the data you provide voluntarily through the contact form: first name, last name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in (if you choose one) and the content of your message. Together with the enquiry I record the date and time it was sent, the page it was sent from and the version of this notice you accepted; the form does not record your IP address. To block automated submissions the site keeps an encrypted fingerprint of the IP address for ten minutes, never the address itself. While browsing, technical data (such as your IP address) may be collected for the correct operation and security of the site.

3. Purpose and legal basis

I use your data solely to answer your requests and provide you with a quote. The legal basis is responding to your request (pre-contractual measures) and, where applicable, the consent you give by submitting the form.

4. Retention

Data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, and in any case no longer than the terms set by law. Enquiries sent through the form stay stored in the site’s admin panel for 730 days (two years) from sending, and are then deleted automatically.

5. Sharing of data

Data is neither disclosed nor sold. It may be processed by technical service providers (e.g. hosting, email) acting as data processors, in compliance with applicable law.

6. Your rights

At any time you can request access, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability. You can also withdraw your consent and lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.

7. Cookies

The site uses technical cookies necessary for its operation and, only with your consent, Matomo statistics (self-hosted on my own server, with no external service) and the Instagram feed (Behold). For details and consent management see the Cookie Policy.
